šŸŽ„ Day 23 — Cocoa Coffee Creamer (25 Days of Simple)

December 23, 2025

Because mama needs fuel to wrap all those presents.

If there’s one thing December guarantees, it’s an endless list of tasks—from gift wrapping and grocery shopping to school events, late-night baking, and last-minute ā€œI forgot to buy something for the teacher!ā€ panics. And through it all, one quiet hero carries us from sunrise to bedtime:

Coffee.

Today’s recipe—our Cocoa Coffee Creamer—is pure holiday joy in a jar. Creamy, chocolatey, lightly sweet, and made with whole-food ingredients, it transforms your morning cup (or afternoon cup… or evening cup, no judgment) into a festive, cozy indulgence.

No artificial flavors.
No mystery ingredients.
No gums, fillers, or weird oils.
Just simple, real comfort.

  2. Made entirely from whole-food, pantry-friendly ingredients.
  3. Takes less than 5 minutes to make.
  4. Keeps well in the fridge all week.

ā¤ļø A Loving Family Memory

Several years ago, I was up late on Christmas Eve wrapping gifts—because of course I was behind—and I made myself a mug of coffee with this cocoa creamer. The whole house was quiet, finally. The tree lights were glowing, Christmas music played softly, and I had a moment to breathe.

My husband walked in, not saying a word, holding two mugs… both steaming with the same cocoa coffee delight. We sat on the floor surrounded by wrapping paper, ribbons, and half-stuffed stockings, just sipping and laughing about how much the kids were going to love the morning.

It was one of those unexpected little moments—simple, warm, peaceful—that sticks with you long after the season ends. This creamer reminds me of that night every single year.
